My Story

If you know someone who has candida, please refer him or her to my story. I had candida for probably ten years. I can trace it back to when I started taking lots of antibiotics for bladder and urinary tract infections.  I was plagued by chronic yeast infections (which was the obvious symptom), but many more symptoms were invading my life. Weight gain, insomnia, chronic fatigue at the least amount of exertion, pale pallor, depression, sensitivity to chemicals... the usual. I knew nothing of naturopathic medicine but was determined to not go, just to spite my mother, who raved about it all the time but never displayed any results. Lucky for me, I found a good doctor.

Desperation Causes me to take Action

I was getting suicidal from living with yeast for all those years. In the end, I was in the doctor's office twice a week, crying for help. Finally I was told of a doctor in the U.S. who had a "reputation for curing candida within 30 days". I was so desperate that I'd see anyone. So I called him up, made an appointment for two days later.

I still feel terrific

I am a totally different person today. I have lots of energy, am a size 6 for the first time in my life - and loving it. I sleep through the night and awake alert. I am so excited about my recovery that I want to share it with the world. I created this home page just for that purpose. Write to me if you need encouragement or information.

This program worked for me. I visited the doctor in person. I did what he told me to do. I did not cheat one bit - not one raisin, not one bite of freshly baked bread, not one lick of cake batter. I never opened a box or a can. If in doubt, I didn't eat it.
