Bisquick
5 cups flour
1/2 cup + 1/3 cup powdered milk
1 1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup + 1/3 cup shortening (like crisco)
1 Tbsp baking powder
Put all ingredients in a large bowl and crumble with a pastry
blender or potato masher.
Place in sealed tupperware or plastic container and
keep refrigerated.
Sugarfree Chocolate Pie Crust
1 cup bisquick
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/4 tsp stevia powder concentrate
2 packages of artificial sweetener like "Twin" or "Equal"
1/4 + cup boiling water
1/2 tsp baking powder
Mix dry ingredients together, then add 1/4 cup boiling water
and stir well with a fork, gradually adding as much water as necessary to create
the consistency of dough. Spread into 9" pie shell and up the sides.
Bake in 375 deg oven for about 12 minutes or until just crispy. (Tastes
like a cookie)
