Karen's Cornbread

1 cup cornmeal, yellow or white
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

2 eggs
1 cup frozen or thawed corn
1/4 cup oil
1 cup yogurt, or Soy Milk or Rice Dream with some vinegar added to sour it

 

Mix wet ingredients together, than add dry ingredients. Pour in to 8 x 8 inch pan, bake at 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
